About

I am a being in space.

From my early years I found my home in dance and singing practice, but was struggling to find peace with my mind, heart and physical surroundings. That is how I stepped onto the path of architecture studies and graduated as an architect.

Communicating with space mainly through architectural tools, I realized that my body was becoming tense, compressed and lifeless. A slipped disk followed. This marked a crucial point at which I began to navigate my attention back towards my body.

Rediscovering movement as the essential part of life, I embarked upon an exploration of the world of performance both inside and outside of the theatre. This journey drew my attention inwards; my interest in the mind-body dialogue grew as I discovered yoga and somatic work.

Today I feel an inner call to share my experience with others while practicing awareness and joy, perceiving through both body and brain, and living and mastering the beauty of this dialogue in everyday life.
